Following the merger of ABB and Hitachi Power Grids, offices were designed and built to support the transition to new ways of working. The space adopts a non-hierarchical dynamic, focused on collaboration and a renewed corporate image. The architecture became a vehicle for cultural and organizational transformation, accompanying the integration process of both companies.
